Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide e-commerce services to you. However, all purchases are made directly with 1170 Designs.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Accounts may not be transferred or assigned to another party.

3. Custom Products & Representations

1170 Designs produces custom-made printed and embroidered products.

Due to the nature of custom production:

  • Slight color variations may occur between digital proofs and finished products
  • Placement and sizing may vary slightly by garment size
  • Monitor displays may not accurately reflect printed colors

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Orders are not considered accepted until:

  • Payment is successfully processed
  • Artwork is approved (if applicable)

Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled.

All sales are subject to our Refund & Print Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Posted prices do not include:

  • Sales tax
  • Shipping
  • Handling or import fees (if applicable)

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

You represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • All charges will be honored by your financial institution

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and layout, is the property of 1170 Designs or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Republish
  • Exploit

any content without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting artwork to us, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the artwork or have full rights to reproduce it
  • The artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • You have authorization to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material

You agree to indemnify and hold 1170 Designs harmless from any claims arising from the use of artwork you provide.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that we believe may infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or services (including Shopify and payment providers).

These services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • External websites
  • Services or transactions conducted outside our platform

10. Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such Feedback for business purposes.

We are not obligated to:

  • Maintain Feedback in confidence
  • Compensate you for Feedback
  • Respond to Feedback

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
